Really this place should get no stars. This place is joke and should be shut down! All they do is take your money and rig your car just so it can make it out the parking lot. They quick to shut your car off but not quick at all about fixing it. My boyfriend bought a car from them and had it for 2 years and it had to be fixed EVERY MONTH! My sister in law bought a car here and her car broke down dozens of times and she had to wait a whole month for them to fix it and it still broke down! My co worker bought a car her and her car caught on fire at work! And they wouldn't even give her another car! Please people do not waste your time here. I know its sound cheap at the time but its going to get expensive later on down the road and these folk don't care at all about they customers! They only care about MONEY!

Buyer Beware

This has been the absolute WORST car purchasing experience EVER. Cars are horrible and customer service is even worse! Do yourself a favor and save a headache..

I am concerned about this dealer taking advantage of people. A friend went to buy a truck on their lot for $6000. But by the time he left, they had convinced him to pay $10,500 on a 22% interest loan. The truck needs work but runs. I just don't think that any small truck that is 12 plus years old is worth that kind of money at that kind of interest. And after nearly eight months of payments, he owes more than the original note (on which he paid several thousand down). Reading the reviews it looks like they paid someone to write something positive. Even new car dealers have trouble getting such glowing comments.

***CLUNKER AUTO***

YES.. cheap down and monthly payments... now I know why... their vehicles are junk!!!! ALL OF THEIR CARS NEED WORK, I have no clue where they find them...

I bought a car from this place on a Thursday, picked it up Friday, broke down Saturday and towed it back to their lot and was put in their shop Monday. Friday comes around again and they still have not got to my car. My car was there 2 weeks and they call to tell me its been fixed and come pick it up. Cool.. I thought...I get 2 blocks away from their lot and car does not want to accelerate...had another problem, turned around and drove it back to their shop. 1 week goes by and still not fixed, frustraded at this point, I asked if I could get into another car... Response "NO"...Another week goes by my car is still NOT fixed and my 1st months payment is due, I go in to the office and speak with the sales manager about the situation and was told, they would not do anything about it. WOW... I decided to take my loss of my down payment, while I was ahead, so I spent $500 to drive a car for 1 day and 30 minutes. They then told me it would go against my credit as a re-po.. ABSOLUTELY, NO ONE WANTED TO HELP ME!

This company wants to take you...

This company wants to take your money and thats it, the car im purchasing now ,and will be returning tomarrow ,does not work. The engine locked up and they towed my car when it broke down on my way to see family, they are charging me 315 bucks for the towing and 50 bucks for the "Engine repair" well I had to pay the 50 bucks up front just to get my car back(even though my bill is paid for the month) and Ive had it now two days since THANKSGIVING and its already not cranking again...Im calling them to pick it up in the morning, this car is not worth the money or the hassle...and when my car broke down I was about 200 miles away from Arlington and was stranded on the side of the road and these people could have cared less....

No Complaints at all!

WIthin 10 days of buying a car here we had to have a new engine put in - at their cost and with payment of a rental car - we have no complaints about Owings at all. We are getting ready to look for a second car and this is the place we will go - they work with you when you are faced with an emergency and they treat you with respect. Our car was totaled a year ago and we only received enough insurance money from the otherinsurance to pay off our totaled car, we told them what we had for a downpayment and what we could afford on a monthly basis and they worked with us without any problem. I highly recomment this car lot to anyone who finds themself in a tight spot.

Cars Suck

I've bought two cars from this company and both broke down within a month of having them. They are rude and I wolud never advise anyone to buy from them, you might as well throw your money down the drain.
