This place has gone above and beyond in my first car buying process! Renee has been absolutely amazing! I bought a 370z and a day after I drove off the lot buying the car "as is", the check engine light came on. I had autozone check it and it came up O2 sensor bank one. I called her immediately and she told me just to bring it in on Monday. Without question they changed the O2 sensor for no charge. Remind you I bought this car "as is". I brought it home and two days after that it came back on. I called and the next day I was given a rental (from them) and told it would have full diagnostic run. I went to get back to get it from them a few days later (problem being the Catalytic converter just needed to be cleaned) still after all that I didn't pay a dime! I had mention for them to be careful cause the front tires were needing replaced soon. When I got there I had two new front tires and still wasn't charged for them! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially Renee!

The most straight forward car dealership people...I came in, told Rena about my credit situation and how I waited 6 hours at a lot down the street and left without a car. The sales guy at the other lot told me to come in and bring $500 down-no problem getting me into something reliable. YAH RIGHT! When I went in to sign my contract, they said actually we need $2000 for a down payment on a Chrysler 200. I know my credit is bad but I refuse to pay thousands down on a car I hate. I started driving down the street and saw really nice cars at Dallas Autos. I really didn't think I would ever be able to buy something like that, but Rena met us outside and made me feel like I had great credit and a valued customer. She was honest-didn't do any bait and switch on me like the other lot. She said upfront that I would need like $3000 on a Mercedes 4 door car. I am currently saving my money to come back and buy a car. I am done looking cause Rena makes me see car sales people differently.

A+++ EXPERIENCE! I bought a beautiful Mercedes S-550 from Dallas Autos a week ago and it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car ANYWHERE. No pressure, no haggling back and forth-just good people! The best part was that they stood behind their cars......I discovered that my Mercedes needed brakes immediately after I took it and an oil change light popped up this week. I called the dealership and told Rene what was going on. I figured they would just send me to their mechanic and I would have to pay for it. NOT at all! They paid for EVERYTHING-NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I would recommend them 100% to anyone.

I am going to start by saying that I am extremely surprised by how fun my car buying experience was at Dallas Auto. I waiting for a while until I was approved on my Mercedes and I spent most of the time chatting with the finance guy Ven and Justin. It really made the process less stressful for me.



Also, on a more serious note, I am shocked to find a dealership that is honest about known problems in cars. Justin actually steered me away from a different Mercedes that was parked in the back of the lot stating that it had "air bag and possible transmission issues." I still wanted to see what kind of deal he would cut me considering the known issues (hey! I had to try!) The owner, Will, actually REFUSED to sell me the car saying that he couldn't in could faith sell a car to anyone unless he knew it was safe! WOW! Is this for real Yup! Go see these guys-they are a diamond in the rough!

By far the best experience I've had in car buying.... I was referred by our pastor to this lot after he bought a car. He claimed to have met "an actual honest dealer" in dallas. I have to admit, I really didn't have a lot of confidence in this analysis of a dealer-haven't had much luck in buying used cars. I found myself in a bad situation recently when the transmission in my wife's car locked up. This left us sharing one car and I'm ashamed to say that our credit is not that great due to me being laid off 2 times in 3 years. I went on cars.com and found like 10 good reviews from customers so I decided to take my pastor's advice to visit them. I ending up getting approved for a 2007 Infiniti G35. I really can't believe we got something so nice with our credit. It was probably the best experience I've had buying a car-even when my credit was good. I know you generally are treated better at dealerships when you have good credit, but Rene treated me like I actually was the best credit customer on the planet. My wife and I have been telling everyone about these guys (and girl). I will mention that the driver seat in my car stopped going forward and backward 2 days after we took the car and I called told Will about it. He ordered me a new part of some sort to correct the issue and fixed for free. I was really surprised at this as well because I don't know of many used car dealers that will actually personally warranty the car after someone buys it. GREAT GREAT GREAT PEOPLE! I've never felt compelled to rate or review a company before, but I feel obligated to praise Will and Rene for helping me get a car. I recently went through a divorce that consisted of 2 repos and late credit card payments. I literally sent my credit application to 11 different dealerships that claimed to help people with bad credit. Two different dealerships called me claiming I was approved and when I got to the dealership, they tried to switch me from a Nissan Maxima (that I wanted) to a Chevy Cobalt and a Kia Forte! That's when Rene called me to invite me to come visit their dealership. I was taken back by her honesty-told me upfront that I would be facing a high interest rate and payments. Everyone else promised me the world and delivered a Cobalt just to get me to come into their dealerships. Rene was so kind and sympathetic to my situation. She never made me feel like a "bad credit customer"-she was always happy to answer my questions-good and bad. The thing I respect the most of my experience with Dallas Auto Sales is that no one tried to switch me to different, cheap, ugly, microscopic, car. Will fought very hard to get me approved on a Maxima. I had to go with a cheaper Altima but at least it was a comparable car to the Maxima. I was never pushed to change my mind or settle. I wanted to share my experience because these people really deserve to be blessed!

Most honest, truly good dealers! Cutest husband and wife duo! I have never had such a relaxing time buying a car. They made me feel like family 100%! I bought a Nissan Maxima that I am just in love with-I'm shocked that with my credit I was able to get something so nice. I went to Clay Cooley and they wanted to give me a Suzuki. Dallas Auto Sales got me into a Maxima!! Go figure! Rena even called me a few days after I took the car just to check to make sure I was happy and to see if there were any problems. Who does that at a used car dealership??
