Phillip Dahan, MD, FACS
Dr. Dahan and his staff are very nice and very helpful people, especially Madison, she's awesome! Dr. D is very pleasant and I feel so comfortable telling him what I want, and he really did take the time explaining and showing me everything that i need to know. my greatest fear undergoing cosmetic surgery is the outcome. I want it to look NATURAL, and I want that ELEGANT-SEXY LOOK. I'm very much satisfied and very happy with the results! and I feel great about myself!!!now... everytime I look in the mirror, I LOVE WHAT I SEE ! it really did boost my self confidence! and now, I can pretty much wear anything (because "I'M SEXY AND I KNOW IT!" haha!)!Dr. Dahan, thank you so much for making me MORE beautiful. it really did change my life (for the better)!YOU'RE THE BEST!I definitely recommend him!

Dr. Barnali D Hiremath, MD
My therapist is totally awesome she's been a godsend. She's always got great suggestions to all my problems. When I began seeing my husband he came with me and she was so ok with it. When we got married we didn't say anything to her she just knew. She knows me so well that she can tell when I'm having a bad or good day or when I'm getting enough sleep or if my husband n I are fighting. I couldn't have asked for a better therapist. As for the office staff they are ok, they could use a little polishing up but for the most part they do their job and are efficient in what they do.

Preston Digby MD
my husband and I were in a serious motorcycle accident in July 2008 and DR Preston and his staff treated us with the greatest of care, they were both very profesional and friendly. My husband had a crushed heal, broke collar bone, and 4 broken ribs. I had broke collar bone, shoulder, elbow, 4 broke ribs, torn rotator cuff, hole threw my elbow and various other small injuries and a minor head injury. We could not have asked for a more perfect group to treat us. We will see them again this summer when we visit the area, however, we will just be going in to say hello!

Nicholas James Garol, MS
I was referred to Dr. Nicholas Garol after seeing Dr. Allen for the last nine years. I have been very happy with Dr. Garol. He has great bedside manner and is genuinely invested in his clients health and emotions. He is young, but extremely knowledgeable and makes his patients feel at ease. I was going through a very difficult experience at the time and Dr. Garol made me feel much more comfortable and optimistic about the future. His assistant Ruby is also extremely good about returning phone calls within a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend him.

Walk In Emotional Support
First of all, this place is open and flexible and works with people in all levels of need. They will work with you to get you the help you need. The reception is very caring, polite and engaging, Dr. Assad cares about his patients and the attending counselor, Mr. Lofits, is one of the finest counselors that Reno has to offer. I have never been treated badly or seen anyone waiting being treated with less than the utmost respect. The inside is clean, actually nicely designed, and has a large TV for its clients to watch.

Netuschil Pamela M.D.
Dr. Netuschil has been my physician for more than a decade, and I've followed her as she has moved to a new practice. Her new concierge-style practice has turned out to be a blessing, allowing for more frequent visits to address overall health and also chronic conditions. She is an accomplished surgeon and GYN who continually avails herself of the latest medical knowledge, and I have absolutely no complaints. I've recommended her to close friends.

Walk In Emotional Support
If you're looking for a talk therapist, Dr. Assad is a Psychiatrist. That means, he is there to give expert medical advice about the administration of medicine - not to listen to you, other than anything regarding medications. If you don't understand the difference between a Psychiatrist, a Psychologist and a Therapist - look them up before you criticize Assad. He does his job with excellence.

William Povolny, M.D
Dr Povolny is wonderful, I love him. Iw thought finally I've found a good doc, and now he's gone!! In talking to outside medical professionals it sounds like Dr. Povolny got unfair treatment by St Mary's Medical, well you need to bring him back, or let me know where he is so I can follow him! He is kind, compassionate and caring. And he knows his stuff, I trust his judgment.

Streit, Cara Anne, MD
Dr. Streit is such a awesome doctor and person. She is patient, kind, and attentive. She took great care of me during my last pregnancy and I came with a lot of baggage. My first baby passed away at a few weeks old so I definitely needed some extra TLC. She actually listened to me and my needs. I adore her.
Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
