Tony S. Sadri Attorney at Law
Let me tell you something, Whether you have made the choice to file for a bankruptcy, and or stressing over whether or not you should, Cliff Bordeaux and his Staff are the people to consult. Safe to say, I was one of the people who stressed for over a year, and finally decided to consult Cliff, and Yes, he offers a free consultation, but rather than feeling like you were wasting his time with a free consult, he took his time and explained all the pros and cons of Bankruptcy and was very patient and knowledgeable. I signed on as a client and not just him, but his staff is extremely friendly, thorough, and very nice. They take their time with you and when they don’t make false promises, they deliver. Cliff even will represent you in your Meeting Of Creditors. Cliff Bordeaux and his staff were my life saver. Cliff is quick to reply to emails and is extremely patient. I felt at times as if my questions were dumb, but he never ever made me feel that way. Safe to say, I was discharged, and in exactly 3 months !!!!. The process was very simple, and straight forward, Cliff carefully explains the process and his fee is very reasonable and people, he is worth every penny. I would bet my life on this man, and he is the go to person. Even now, I still ask questions of him from time to time, and just like when I was a active client, he doesn’t keep me in the dark and replies quickly. His office is located conveniently in Pasadena, his staff is A+ and his price is very reasonable. And people……………Cliff Bordeaux is who can help you and your family get through tough financial times, he did it for me and he will do it for you. Stop your shopping around now, and call his office and make a appointment, trust me, you won’t regret it. Going with Cliff was one of the best choices I have ever made, and he saved my financial future. People, this man delivers, no false promises, no hidden agendas, he was and is a Pro. If you need financial salvation, Clifford Bordeaux and his Staff are the people to turn to

Tony S. Sadri Attorney at Law
We are so happy to have picked the right attorney, Clifford Bordeaux, to help us in our Bankruptcy matter. Not only that Cliff knows what he's doing. Not only that he's very gracious and warm. But he also has an enormous patience for his clients, reminding me of an old fashion small town doctor who would sit with you and listen to you and really wants to help cure your illness, and successfully does that. Many times that we overspent Cliff's time and more than doubled the length of the appointment, spending hours with him, asking many questions. Not once that we saw him express any impatience or look at his watch or clock. Always kind and gracious he is.My wife and I have been very impressed with Cliff's professionalism, patience, and caring that he showed throughout the process. Our case was quite complicated, and it worried us, but Cliff gave us confidence and positive energy that really helped bring up our morale, and we deeply appreciate it.It has been a wonderful experience with Cliff and I tell you, it was worth more than his fee.The process, under Cliff's advices to us and his work that was transparent to us, was a smooth success. But Cliff already knew that.So yes, we would wholeheartedly recommend Cliff and his team to anyone who would like to consult an attorney on a Bankruptcy matter, or any other matter that's in Cliff's repertoire. We can tell you that Cliff is a genuine good guy, and a very smart attorney. He's a real deal.Whatever Cliff does, we know that his clients would be in the best of hands. We love you Cliff.

Maryam Parman Personal Injury Attorney
Dealing with the stress of my accident was overwhelming and stressful, but with Maryam Parman and Avrek Law Firm I gained a sense of relief. I felt at ease with their friendly and communicative staff who followed up with me to let me know the status of my case. It was difficult enough overcoming the aftermath of my motorcycle accident; I couldn’t deal with all the chaos of taking care of extensive medical bills, too. I chose the right firm to represent me: they were attentive to all my questions and misunderstandings and I felt that they were fighting for me. I was a person who needed help and they handled everything, and more. They didn’t make me feel like I was just another case, I felt like they wanted to help me and do all they can. I am very happy that I chose Maryam Parman and Avrek Law Firm to represent me and I don’t think another law group would have offered me the same experience. Thank you for all your help and I will definitely refer my friends and family if they ever face an unfortunate situation like me.

Kraut Law Group
“In Kraut we trust”- I am a doctor’s wife whose husband was wrongfully charged with a DUI after having had a car accident as a result of having a seizure. He was negative for all substances but was still charged. We didn’t know what to do having never been in such a situation before. I spent all night reading reviews of attorneys and was most impressed with the background and reviews of Mr. Michael Kraut. I was especially impressed with reports that he answered his own phone. I decided to take the leap and called him. Indeed he answered his own phone and immediately put us at ease and scheduled an appointment right away. We met with him and felt relieved when he told us not to worry and that he would take care of everything. He was true to his word and my husband’s case was rejected from the courts and no charges remained. Thank you Mr. Kraut for your help. You saved my husband’s physician’s license and us.

I do not really know how to start this so here goes. I live in Delano and referred to Hannah by a family member. I was very hesitant since she is in Pasadena and I was over 125+ miles away. Cost was going to be crazy in my mind just for travel. But in the end what a difference this made. She made 2 trips in total (gave me a discount on driving for no reason I did not ask) and she took care of my case. I had conversations with her over the phone; she knew people took care of the courts and I did no have to worry about it. I spent less money with her to take care of my needs then having someone in Delano take care of it. Who would have known? All in all, these posts here are all correct. You can’t go wrong with Hannah.

Tony S. Sadri Attorney at Law
A TRULY REMARKABLE ATTORNEY, HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! We searched 18 months for the perfect attorney and my wife and I knew after the first consultation that he was the one that could actually achieve our zero plan with lien strip. He was always patient with our never ending questions and always gave honest answers, never over promising like most of the attorneys we spoke with. Best of all he was so well prepared for our lien strip hearing that he actually got the opposing counsel to inadvertently support our case! Bankruptcy is a very hard decision: do yourself a favor and speak with Mr. Bordeaux before you do. We could not be happier with both our experience and results!

Regarding the negative review of William P, I do not know this man and never represented him as he's stated here. Furthermore, he has slandered me by stating accusations bordering on criminal acts. I demand that this statement be removed immediately! Furthermore, I had no idea this site was put up on the web and note that the information contained on this site is incorrect such as my location and phone number. Just like the incorrect information on this site, perhaps this guy has the wrong person. I have practiced law for over 30 years and pride myself on having a good reputation. Please correct this website or totally remove it!

For the past three months I have been working with “Hannah” as my attorney. This was a Child Custody case and she worked wonders on. Every inch was covered and she fought to get me the better end of the stick. She handled the case swiftly and took much of the pain out of the fight. Funny, even the “Ex-Wife” was happy for some reason… I guess good work flows far. Well all in all I would recommend her for the job; she is reliable and works hard for you and that child you LOVE so much.

Daniela Romero Law Office
Ms. Romero is a very reliable, efficient and patient bankruptcy attorney. She helped my father in a most trying time. Ms. Romero represented my father in his bankruptcy case. At the end of the bankruptcy I was very satisfied with how she stayed on top of things with his case from beginning to end. I would most definitely recommend the Law Office of Daniela P. Romero to anyone in need of a bankruptcy attorney.
Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as yellowpages.com. You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.

Just a moment...
