Since the first time we ate at Citrus City, we knew we'd be back again and again. Whether it be an afternoon lunch with the whole family or a romantic evening out for two, this restaurant serves everything from delicious salads, sandwiches, and pasta dishes at lunch time (with almost dinner-size portions!) to mouth-watering dinner entrees like sea bass, lamb chops and a hearty pot roast that tastes like it's been passed down for generations. If you have guests in town or you just want to impress a friend, you have to start with the saganaki or "flaming cheese" appetizer. This delicious production is quite the feast for the eyes and the mouth! And make sure you put in an order for ANY one of their souffles....you'll be coming back for more!!!!! And if you're lucky enough to meet either one of the 2 owners ("Steve" & "Stefano"), you'll feel like one of the family in no time! "Opa" to these 2 talented Greek men who have created a menu and environment for any occasion!

The menu is almost a book. HUGE. And everything in it is fantastic. We love eating here. Especially if we have a friend who is a vegetarian. It has multiple meat and non-meat options so everyone leaves happy. I've yet to have anything that wasn't great.

Service, food and recommendations were all spot -on. We landed at Francoli after spending 45 minutes on a wait list for an outdoor table at Haven, just down the street. Finally, famished, the gentlemen hoofed it over to Francoli to see if they had outdoor seating available while a friend and I caught up. Glory be, a table for four, outdoors, was indeed available! We quickly vacated the very loud Haven and hoofed it over to Francoli. Best decision of the evening! We were seated at a lovely outdoor table and our server promptly appeared. I ordered a Primitivo from the extensive wine list, but unfortunately they were out of that particular bottle so I chose another, similar Primitivo, first asking our server what he thought of this new bottle. His honesty (""It's pretty good"", no attempt to oversell the alternative) is among the traits that made our service shine throughout the evening. After decanting, the alternative Primitivo opened up nicely and we ended up ordering two bottles throughout our evening. For a starter, we ordered a Carpaccio di Bue (Raw beef, arugula, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, capers, drizzled with lemon and extra virgin olive oil) for the table. Carpaccio is something we order often, and this one was very good. The tart-crisp of the arugula and the salt of the capers melded wonderfully with the fresh beef. Definitely give it a try when you're here. Next up, it was a tough call between the Fettuccine Bolognese (I'm a sucker for a phenomenal Bolognese) and the Scaloppine al Vino Rosso (Veal scaloppine sauteed in a red wine reduction sauce, porcini mushrooms, served with fresh seasonal vegetables). Since veal is also something I order often, I wanted to get a good handle on how they prepare it so I went with the Scaloppine. It was divine. Cooked perfectly, no complaints - and the flavor was fantastic. Curtain call: we could not decide and ended up with two desserts for the table. First was a classic: Tiramisu (One of Francoli Gourmet's specialties. Made freshly every day. Lady fingers soaked in Illy Espresso coffee, layered with Mascarpone cream and topped with cocoa powder) and next was something I'd seen on menus but never tried: Tartufo (A round form of fantasy creams covered with soft chocolate cream. Rolled in chopped praline nuts and covered with powdered cocoa). Both were very good and I'd recommend either or both if you're in the mood for dessert. Overall, SO happy we ended up at Francoli over Haven. SO happy.

The food was OK, but OMG...they really load up the garlic on their food. When I got the bill they charged me extra for garlic bread...the waiter asked if I wanted plain bread or garlic bread...never mentioned there is a charge for bread. Who ever heard of an Italian restaurant charging extra for bread served with dinner? Prices were HIGH...$17.00 for 6 medium sized raviolis. We will not go back.

I've had a few salads and then there is 'this' salad.. \r The salad is more than a 'man ' can finish.. and is great. \r Ask the waiter or waitress.. for any salad with fresh crab and shrimp.. and they'll point you to the 'Louie"" salad. \r \r It's a bit pricey.. but. .. worth the price.. \r Expect about 14 to 15 dollars.. plus your drink.. .. don't go alcoholic on this one.. it's to be enjoyed 'as is.. '.. iced tea.. or.. super cold water.. ""DEAL""\r \r Try it.. and .. gorge yourself on the bread bowl... \r \r GREAT DATE MEAL..

Who cares about the food? (OK, we do).. but It's the energy of the patio dining at night, when the moon is out, and the Mariachi band is playing, that is so special. You could be rubbing elbows, or sitting close to friends, family, and even strangers and the atmosphere is filled with joy and good times. This is what makes Morenos so special.

Valentino's is a small Pizza place. Although they do have seating, their business is mostly directed toward take-out. They probably have the best deal in the city of Orange. They have a ""Special #3"" which has 2 Large Pizzas with 3 toppings and 2 large 32 oz. sodas for only $16. If you've been to Pappa John's or Pizza Hut, you may have noticed how these major-chain pizza restaurants have reduced their ""large"" size to a medium size. With Valentino's when you order large pizzas, you actually get LARGE pizzas! Try their Chicken Calzzone's and garlic bread: They are great too. The only problem was their sodas. They were flat so I called Coca Cola. They told me it was fixed a few days before I called. If there is a problem, please notify their manager and Coca Cola at 800-GET-COKE.

I have been going to this restaurant for years and they have amazing customer service and very good food. Their prices are reasonable and have a very friendly atmosphere. I enjoy being pampered by them. I would recommended it to everyone. Whenever I find an issue with anything, I ask to speak to the manager or the owner and they immediately resolve it for me. No complaints at all.

My husband and I are new to this area and a colleague of my husband's and his wife took us to dinner at Orange Hill last night. I had checked the reviews before we went and I was VERY skeptical. We arrived and there were two wedding receptions being held (one at either end of the building). We got there around 5:30 and found a spot on the deck. Even with all the chaos, we had fantastic service and the food was really great!! One of us had scallops, one salmon, and two of us had the fliet mignon - and they were all cooked exactly the way we wanted and were seasoned just right. I am a semi-pro cook and extremely picky about my food and restaurants I go to. This is one place I will go again - Plus, we got to see the Disney fireworks - bonus! We were there for five hours and the whole time, the service was execptional. Evidentally, they are under new management. Just avoid the overly flirtatious, overly plastic surgeoned greeting lady. She obviously still thinks she's attractive and that flirting with married men in front of their wives isn't a band thing.

This dining experience is not for the faint of heart - only those who truly enjoy a leisurely dining experience should opt for this adventure. Don't get me wrong, I love The Hobbit, and make the trek from Long Beach to Orange two to three times a year. From the wide selection of appetizers and free flowing champagne in the wine cellar, to the multi-course meal (intermission included), this gastronomical experience is unique. The food is good / interesting / varied, the wine selection overwhelming (sommelier to the rescue!), and the experience is priceless! The prix fixe menu changes frequently and there are special events thru out the year. The annual beer and food paring event (yes, I said beer) is unreal if you can get a reservation. You need to plan for The Hobbit in advance as you want to arrive hungry and ready for fun. Don't forget to arrange for a designated driver or go all out and hire a limo for an exceptional night on the town! True to its name, The Hobbit is a place to create merriment by imbibing in wine, feasting on food, and even enjoying a pipe full of tobacco on the patio during intermission.

Delicious food, awesome service all in a great "kind-of-romantic" atmosphere (if you go at night) BBQ baby back ribs and caribbean ribs were delicious, the meat literally falls off the bone :P the cornbread is so good (on the sweet side which I love). Creamed corn was perfect. And the dessert OMG! To die for. The service was great, everybody was so attentive. If you are craving some ribs you should definitely go to Tulsa!

Trust me if you're a fan of real Mexican Seafood (Mariscos) you'll love this place. I've had their ceviche, copteles, aguachiles & camarones endiablados and all were very delicious. Their house specialty, the Marlin Taco is outrageously good. The only thing I had which I thought was just "ok" was their fish & shrimp taco. A little bland for me but everything else is A-Plus!
