Ramos Brothers Landscaping
I had two pine trees I needed to have removed. One was in the front yard, and the other was in the back yard. Both were planted too close to the house, but the one in the back yard was next to my electrical power line, and between my house and my neighbors house. I had received estimates from several companies. Some of them said they would need a crane because of where the tree in the rear was located. Also, I wanted a company that was insured. I started reviewing the estimates I had received and the one by Mr. Ramos came in very reasonable. I was able to do some research on Mr. Ramos and found him to be very reputable. Mr. Ramos told me that he would like to came out and look at the job. After looking at both trees, he told me that he, and his crew, could do the job without a crane even though the tree in the back yard was not in a good spot. Mr. Ramos's crew came out promptly at the agreed upon time. They were going to do both trees that day, but it had started to rain. They said they would have to come out again to finish. He, and his crew, arrived at the agreed upon time and finished removing the tree in the back yard. They did a quick, safe job, and had no problems. One person on his crew is a Arborist. They also cleaned up, and even swept the pine needles off my roof. I had bulk trash coming in a matter of days, so I had him put the cuttings out for bulk trash. They cut everything up to the size that bulk trash required, and placed it neatly in my front yard. Bulk trash came and picked everything up. I would like to add that Mr. Ramos, and his crew, treated my like a person, not just another job. I really appreciate that. He was prompt, quick, and did a good clean up in the end. I would highly recommend Mr. Ramos to any one in need of tree removal, or any other kind of landscaping for that matter.

Heart Wood Tree Care
Howard and the Heartwood Tree Care team was amazing to work with! I couldn't have asked for better service from him and his team and was very impressed....very knowledgeable and great to work with!We are selling our house and needed to have a tree removed from the side of our home. He came out and provided me with a quote the same day that I had called and walked me through exactly how he'd be removing the tree. Since it was so close to the house I had my concerns but he graciously took the time to explain how he'd ensure it would be safely removed. Howard and team came out, removed the tree exactly as they said and I couldn't be happier with the completed job.

AZ Tree Trimmer by Urban Jungle LLC
AZTREETRIMMER.COM ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFFESIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND YHEM TO ANYONE NEEDING ANY TYPE OF TREE SERVICE,
Tips & Advices
Do your due diligence and always ask for proof of insurance and certification before agreeing to any work. You will also want to be on the lookout for telltale signs of scams and be cautious of any company that:
  • Will not provide you with a certificate of their insurance policy or only has general liability coverage
  • Declines to give you a written estimate for the job
  • Gives you bids that either seem very low or very high
  • Contacted you out of the blue to see if you needed their services
  • Has complaints against it from business bureaus in your area
  • Asks for payment before starting work
  • Doesn't have a fixed physical address
Tree service companies are also great places to get your wood if you happen to have a fireplace. Many tree businesses offer free delivery and stacking of hardwoods, such as maple or birch. These can make for the best firewood because they burn slowly and don't produce as much smoke as other types.
If you want to add to the greenery in your yard but you're concerned about the right species to plant or where to put it on your property, seek the advice of an arborist.
If a storm hits and damages your residence, a tree service professional is usually on your list of people to call for help after first responders and your insurer. A professional service can completely remove a tree or just prune and saw off its branches if a storm damages a tree. After sawing or destroying the tree, professionals can then remove any of the dangerous debris from your yard by hauling it off.
Some bugs burrow through the bark and damage hardwood and softwood trees. Depending on the species of trees in your yard and the region of the country you live in, aphids, the infamous emerald ash borer or other pests could destroy your healthy trees.
