Getting papers served through this company was as simple as calling them on the phone. I had to get my small claims served and needed a reliable process service company that was experienced because we get well over 50-60 claims per month. After calling this company and getting the pricing information I decided to use them. All I can say is almost 100% in getting all the claims served within a matter of days in most cases. For multiple orders the pricing simply can't be beat. Thank you for all your help.

I really appreciate all the hard work and diligence this company puts into going out of their way to get papers served. It was extremely rewarding because I had a restraining order that I needed served on a short notice. After about 10 attempts trying to use my friend (didn't work) I located this company on the internet and Zach explained that they could wait for the person to come in or out which was extremely helpful. Thank you very much with all your help.

The local pickup feature was what I used to serve my simple plain ole child custody paperwork on my ex. I met Zach and he was very nice and informative. He assured me the paperwork would be delivered pretty quick since it was a family law matter deemed urgent. Sure enough I got notification that the papers were served and done quickly. The proof was the emailed to me in a matter of like minutes I was truly greatful for all their hard work

Zach was extremely professional. In the whole process of explains how I could get my debtors exam served. He explained the entire process and only after a couple of days it was completed and finished. Zach is the best around Los Angeles. I couldn't of been happier when they told me they caught the one I was trying to serve after the Sheriff's couldn't do the job. Thank you Zach for very thing.

Great and fabulous is all I an say. I never been more pleased in using a company as LACPSD. I needed 4 Tennant's served in my unlawful detainer case. This professional and high class organization with the skills that of a veteran in any field served my papers and and served on all the tenants the same day. What a relief. No way I'd go with anyone else. Especially since they are 24/7/365.

A proof of service was all I needed and a proof of service was what i got after fiddling around with other companies I was really glad I picked them. They went out their way to serve my restraining order so quickly. By the time I was home he had already been served. Well at least i know he called me and sent me emails afterwards. I found Zach inline and I must say what a relief it was. Needless to say I know very little about the process of serving papers and how to file the proof. Zach assured me that they would complete the process in as little as a few days. Thanks so much for the help!
Tips & Advices
Skip tracing is tracking an individual who is missing, has defaulted on a debt, or is a fugitive from justice.
Process servers can cross state lines to serve papers, but there are exceptions and limitations. In cases of criminal activity in which the defendant is out of the state the complaint was filed in, most times it is legal to serve them. However, in some cases where a witness is being served outside of the state the complaint was filed in, the plaintiff may need to file charges in the witness’ state in order to allow service. The laws can be tricky in these situations so it’s recommended you consult council to know your rights and limitations and the state laws when attempting service across state lines.
While rules can vary by location, a general rule is that papers must be served between  6 a.m.-10 p.m, and they cannot be served on Saturday or Sunday if the defendant observes either as a holy day. Serving papers on these days, if the defendant is religiously observant on either day, can actually be a misdemeanor. There are variations and exceptions to these rules, such as the case being a criminal proceeding or the server is granted an exemption due to extenuating circumstances.
While some states do require a process server to be licensed, not all do. However, some states do require that process servers be registered in their state or county, or appointed to serve in specific counties.
Benefits of hiring a process serve include speed of service, servers knowledge of relevant laws, their ability to serve federal papers (sheriffs and deputies are usually only allowed to serve state and local federal papers), and cost. For instance, private servers might be cheaper than a sheriff. Private servers might also be able to accommodate special requests, like high-risk service or traveling to serve the papers.
