I used this company on my Move from Woodlawn TN to Burns TN, and had a great experience. The staff was respectful, and hard working. Their rates were almost 1/2 of any other local mover.

Do not use this company they have great employees but treat them poorly, they violate labor laws, some of the employees have criminal backgrounds and the company does not do background checks on them. Customers have had items stolen some valuing thousands of dollars. They work their employees 13+ hours a day with no overtime pay, and can work them to 3am in the morning and still expect them to report to work at 7am. They store your furniture poorly in their warehouse, the warehouse is also in new providence and is always being broken into.

Thieves. Do not trust any of their movers. Take pictures of everything, even the movers' faces. Catalog everything being moved. Make the movers document every single item, even if it takes all day and night. They moved my house hold goods from Clarksville to Fort Bragg, NC, but stole my xBox 360 Elite and over 500 dollars worth of games and DVDs. After looking back, I didn't think of it at the time, but they marked the box that the xBox was in with a piece of paper that read "xBox and game--no serial number". I knew the xBox had a serial number, but it didn't occur to me that they were about to deceive me. My PCS was TDY en route, so it was going to be a month before I would have the good sent to my new place. When I finally did unpack my stuff and reviewed the inventory sheet, I realized that the xBox was not here and was not on the sheet. Learn from me. Don't use this company. There is always a different company to choose. The Army will allow it.

Don't bother- expensive and terrible. First off, I had to wait 2 weeks before they could come out to move two couches and some boxes. They don't make time slot appointments, they just call before heading your way. I was scheduled, but when the day came, there was no call and no show up. I called 4 times before finally reaching someone, just to be told they had the wrong number and it was my fault because I didn't call THEM!!! They wanted me to wait another week for them to come out and emphasized that I needed to answer the phone next time like I did something wrong! The man I spoke with was very rude, and implied the entire conversation that they did nothing wrong and that it was all my fault despite the fact that whoever I originally scheduled with read the correct number back to me...

Yes, it’s best to empty drawers, wardrobes and chests before a move. Items always get knocked around a bit, and doors can fly open even if they’ve been taped. In fact, more often than not, movers will want to remove the drawers from a dresser--or disassemble the wardrobe to be more space-efficient.
Yes, it is customary to tip movers, but the amount varies widely. For full-service moves, a 5 percent tip is suggested, although, for extra service, some people go up to 10 percent . For small local movers, you can give each mover $10 for a few-hour job, or $20-$40 for jobs that take longer.
A bill of lading is the legal contract for the move. It provides a detailed receipt, in addition to a contract between the client and the mover. It authorizes the mover to transport the goods from one specific point to another, and it outlines the exact scope of services, with cost breakdown for those services. It also provides an itemized list of the inventory, and carrier liability protection for each declared item. Finally, it specifies the payment arrangement. Make sure to go over your itemized list extremely carefully before finalizing the paperwork--and get a copy of the full document. A good mover will go over everything on the bill of lading with the customer.
