Family Dental Care Associates
Please do not go to this dental clinic. The staff including the dentist is extremely rude. The receptionist became very nasty that I had made my emergency appointment through the office manager who was at a different location that day. I called the office manager in front of the receptionist and told her I was being turned away for not having an appointment booked through the receptionist. She then began to get loud and yell at me from behind the check in window. I asked the office mgr if she could hear what was going on she said please hold I will call her. The reception phone started ringing and the receptionist called me a stupid bit*h then answered the phone as if she was an angel. She shut the glass and continued talking. After another 30 min of going back and forth with the office mgr she said the dentist on duty would have final say. The receptionist came out with the dentist while she told me she didn't have time for an extraction. The receptionist laughed, waved and said bye bit*h. It was unreal! This girl acted as if she were in a bar not a professional office! Two other people were waiting in the office and offered to be witness's to what happened and encouraged me to call the police. One of the ladies told the receptionist she wanted to cancel her child's appointment and she and I left the office at the same time. This was not my first experience with this clinic but it was with this receptionist. The clinic is dirty. Rust on equipment. Unprofessional staff. This is the location located inside Sears in the mall. Hundreds of complaints have been filed and it has given them an F BBB rating however nothing is ever done. Please, for your safety go elsewhere. You may ask why I went back if it was so horrible. This is the only dentist my insurance covers in Clermont County. Yes, after this incident I now go to a wonderful Dr in Cincinnati.

HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric
Help is the second company we had to call. Aaron S. is who came out and with in minutes I told my husband I loved this company. Aaron was very informative and was more then willing to do everything he could to fix our problem. He came out when he said he would and didn't keep us waiting. Aaron helped turn the situation into a pleasent experience.

My experience with this company has been awesome! I was given polite customer service as well as prompt service. The technicians were very determined to get the job done and they did just that. I couldn't be more pleased with they're service and I will forever utilize this company for all my air conditioning needs.I would like to give a special shout out to both technicians Mr. Brian Watters and Deandre, as well as the customer service rep Cindy. Without them my family would not have survived through one of the hottest days of this summer. I really appreciate you all and it was a pleasure doing business with you.

ImmediaDent - Urgent Dental Care
If I could give no stars, I would. Take your money else where. Made appointment at 9 am for a 6:40pm, they closed early and didn't call me to advise me of the cancellation. I scheduled my day around this appointment and they can't even call to reschedule it! So unprofessional! Then, when I go to come in for my appointment, the front desk lady runs to hide behind the door instead of coming to let me know the situation. There are plenty more dental urgent cares that I'm sure would be happy to service you. Go somewhere else!

I highly recommend you consider another dentist before visiting any of their locations. It wasn't a very clean place to start with, but that isn't why i'm writing this complaint. My wife visited their office for a routine cleaning as they are a provider for her insurance. This was her first and will be her last visit.During her visit, the staff wasn't very friendly and this includes the dentist. The dentist seemed to be in a rush and not focused on patient quality care. She proceeded to tell my wife that she had a couple a cavities and more appeared to be forming. How can cavities appear to be forming? You either have one or you don't. My wife has never had a cavity in her life. She was skeptical about this and decided against performing any action at this time. Concerned about the cavities, my wife visited another dentist shortly after who said she had wonder teeth and no signs of cavities whatsoever. The focus was apparently money driven. It gets worse unfortunately. As my wife is checking out, the front desk informs her that they collect a $10 charge to protect the office if the insurance doesn't pay them. She again was skeptical but paid the $10 knowing that her large dental plan provider will pay (and did) and she will be refunded. The money was never refunded. My wife and her insurance company both tried to collect the funds. We had a call with the AR/AP manager and she was extremely rude and said we were mistaken and that no refund would be issued. After my experience, please proceed with extreme caution. This company does not practice good business ethics. If you don't believe me, check out their BBB rating "F" and all of the complaints:

Wonderful service. You get what you pay for. They are on time, clean and get the job completed in the time allotted. We wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend this business. I could care less what the BBB says because they get paid by those companies and NEVER get the companies that suck.

Dr. Anderson himself cleaned my teeth he is so gentle; there was no pain and no bleeding afterwards. He is truly an epitome of a professional. He ensured that I’m satisfied with his service. Made me feel comfortable and really took great care of me. I would highly recommend Anderson Dental Care.
Tips & Advices
Keep the following tips in mind:
  • Do not operate any electrical equipment while sitting or standing in water.
  • Don't overload extension cords or surge protectors.
  • Put caps on your electrical outlets if you have small children.
  • Call an electrician if you notice your sockets or switches are warm to the touch, discolored or if they make noise.
  • Keep electrical cords away from stoves, ovens and other sources of heat.
  • Do not use an appliance that has a frayed cord.
  • Do not staple extension cords into place or cover them with carpets or furniture.
  • When using extension cords, make sure to unwrap them before plugging them in.
  • Don't overuse extension cords. Have an electrician install extra outlets if you need a power source closer to you.
  • Only use light bulbs with the correct wattage for your lamps and light fixtures.
  • Contact a licensed electrician if you frequently blow fuses, since this can be a sign of an electrical wiring problem.
  • Have an electrician look at your fuse box to ensure you have the right size fuses and circuit breakers. The wrong size fuse or breaker can be a fire hazard.
  • If you have fault circuit interrupters installed in your electrical panel, make sure you test them at least once a month by turning them on and off.
It can cost from $40-$100 an hour depending on the job. This does not include additional costs for parts or trip fees. Make sure to ask in advance what they charge for or if they will provide a free quote.
In order to become a full-fledged professional, a person must undergo an apprenticeship with master and journeyman electricians. An apprentice needs 8,000 hours of practical work before graduating to the journeyman level. If an apprentice reaches journeyman status, he or she can complete most electrical work, but cannot design it until completing more testing along with 2,000 more on-the-job hours.
Yes. While all electricians need a license, not all of them do the same types of jobs.
  • Outside: These types of electricians work outdoors on electrical lines that connect to power plants.
  • Inside: Inside experts typically focus on commercial and industrial buildings that require a lot of power.
  • Residential: Residential electricians work with low-voltage systems and wiring to install fuse boxes and light fixtures.
Watch out for contractors that greatly underbid other electricians. If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. Also, always remember to get the estimate in writing before settling on a company.
