YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Always on the road traveling and trying to find the ""local spot"". My concierge at the Holiday Inn Express recomeded this place. I was a little weary about advice from a kid making minimum \r wage at Hoiday inn but I went anyway. Great enviorenment and the food was suprisingly good.\r I recomend the burger special or wings. Must check out if in the Slope also had my local team on. Go Clippers!

My partner and I used the 12th Street Bar and Grill as a reception location for our wedding and found the owner and staff to be reliable, fair and supportive. He worked with our budget and special requests and kept everything simple and straightforward. Although we did not have an open bar and needed to keep our costs down, he was understanding and treated us respectfully. The atmosphere in the restaurant was classy, elegant and cozy, seating 50 people. Our guests later showered us with compliments on the food, the restaurant and the party. Highly recommended for small parties!

A friend that lives in the neighborhood showed us this perfect brunch spot. We tried it out on a Sunday afternoon, and everything was great. If your drink is not fixed properly, all you have to do is ask your waitress and she will take care of the mistake. Plenty of room for large parties. Chicken and waffle was delicious. We haven't tried it out on a regular week day/night, but we definitely would like to go back there and try it out again.

Its a nice little spot. I will stress LITTLE ... it can get very packed in there so consider yourself warned!!! I have been there sooo many times that Bobby (the owner) knows me and he's always kool. The bartenders (uhhh.. 1 in particular)... Man! I can watch him pour drinks aaaalll night long. The music is different on a nightly basis sooo some nights are better than others (for me). But's it a nice, friendly little place, and I always have an awesome time when i stop by.

I'm from Texas and I found this spot using yelp on a Monday night. My friend and I thought the drinks was on point, the jerk chicken slamming, and the music reggae and hip hop on point. Will be back. No cover charge and drinks were reasonably priced, I learned everything is higher in NY than it is in Houston. Patron Margarita $15.00 was the sour note of the night.

My boyfriend and I went here on a cold rainy night and got to sit right by the beautiful fireplace. Very romantic spot, or somewhere you could hang out with close friends. The staff was nice but relaxed. There when you need them, but not in your face all night. They forgot one of our orders and brought us some cheese on the house to hold us over. Great wine list and great food menu that changes seasonally. My only criticism is that some of the portions were small, which made the food seem a bit over priced. Even if you don't live in the neighborhood, definitely worth a trip.

Red Star really is the BEST SPORTS BAR IN NEW YORK CITY! I read all the write ups in Time Out New York, New York Magazine, The Village Voice etc etc. Red Star lives up to all the hype! These guys really know how to do it right! There's TV's everywhere! They show every game and every sport you can imagine! They even show all the UFC and boxing pay per views! The staff is AWESOME! They're friendly, attentive and totally cool. They treat you like family! The FOOD IS AWESOME! The WINGS and BURGERS are THE BEST IN NYC! I live in Manhattan and gladly travel to Brooklyn to go to Red Star! I've been to this place no less than 50 times and have NEVER had a bad experience! In the mood for dessert? Try the FRIED CHEESECAKE!

I really love Pub One, they have great burgers, great bartenders and friendly servers. Always a different beer to try when you get there along with the daily specials which are always changing and always amazing. Everytime I go there I HAVE to get hummus though, its so good. I highly recommend it!!!!
26.Doc Wine Bar Inc
83 N 7th St
After moving out here from California, this was my first exposure to a non-NYC wine bar, and I have to agree with a lot of positives that have been written. Prices are justified and the wine selection is broad enough for my palate to find comfort and adventure.\r \r The bartender was sensible about wines and hip without being pretentious. This is a stop that I will make again.

The Food is wonderful. I love the rasta pasta. The service was ok once the staff noticed that me and my brother was not major and simply wanted to enjoy a great dinner and drinks. The crowd I felt was a little bit over the top with attitude, but for the area that is to be expected. I do not go for the crowd only for the food and drinks so that was easy over looked. I also got a menu that informed me that they have a location in Lawerenceville Ga. which my family went to and enjoyed the experience that I had there. They loved it and I will continue to tell people about this location.

I'm hesitant to write about Dram because I feel like it is already busier than I want it to be -- at least on the weekends, anyway. This is the cozy, understated bar that Brooklyn needed. Amazing cocktails (only nine bucks!), friendly bartenders and chill music. It's my favorite date spot -- I think the lighting makes everyone look better.
