My sister and I tried to book with them using the Groupon coupon. They never returned either of our phone calls, and it took them over 2 months to respond to our email inquiries, at which point we had returned our Groupon. The only reason they bothered to respond was because we returned our Groupon, and Groupon's company wanted to verify that they were being difficult. I can't even review their services because I couldn't ever make it in.

I have tricky hair with a mind of its own. Amber showed her expertise in not only analyzing the texture and growth patterns of my hair, but also took into consideration my face shape and bone structure. She created a hairstyle that suits me, my needs and is, as my friends say-Sassy! I love the cut!
