Overall

This company is horrible!!! I had a vehicle go in for a one week repair. It took 3 weeks to get my car back. No one returned my calls or would even give me a straight forward answer as to what was going on with my vehicle. This company is more worried about quantity over quality. I could never contact my estimator because he was always out of the office, with a customer, or on the phone with a customer. Yet he was never in contact with me. They schedule more cars than they can handle just for the money. In the end the customer is the one who suffers. The manager is rude, the owner is arrogant. The ladies in the front are very pleasant and helpful though, and were always willing to try helping the best they could. When I was finally called to pick up my car the paint did NOT MATCH at all, it drove horrible, and there was grease stains on my seats, and floor boards. I refused to take my vehicle in this condition, and guess what? My car was there yet another 2 weeks! Ive had to take my car back 3 times due to issues with the repairs they done. Each time I go in the manager seems to be on a rampage yelling at employees for things other employees were doing, its ridiculous! This company is a complete joke. How they are still in business is beyond me. They treat their customers and employees like crap! Heed my warning DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO KING COLLISION you will not be happy with the service or end product!

Overall

Negligent. On pickup of my car after a repair, the worker who drove the car around to the front ran over body fastening bolts in the garage. I didn't notice the leaking tire since the repairs were to the front bumper and I didn't think to check the tires. After driving away, my tire pressure light notifies me the tire is losing air. The shop closed right after pickup and the phones were off. This led to a roadside hassle and a day wasted. After getting the tire plugged at Walmart and speaking to King Collision, they said the tire should be fine now, and offered no compensation, deals, or recompense for the tire, or the wasted Saturday waiting in Walmart repair which causing me to miss work. Very disappointed in the negligence of the shopkeepers in driving over bolts and in the lack of worry and care in correcting the mistake they made.
