How are they still in business? This is not my usual dry cleaner. I brought my shirts here on Saturday because my girlfriend needed to go to CVS, which is located right next door. Right away I should've turned around. The woman at the register was rude and not personable at all. I still left my clothes there. On Wednesday I stopped by to pick them up. They spent about 5 minutes looking for them and then finally gave me some horrible explanation. I could barely understand what the owner was trying to say. I asked politely if I could get them tomorrow afternoon since I am in a commercial and need my shirts. They said yes. I called the next day and they told me the shirts weren't done, that they would be done Friday because they could not find "the ticket." I have no idea what that means. The owner got rude on the phone saying, "Listen to me" at which point I cut him off and told him to leave my shirts on the side that I'd pick them up in an hour. No way am I giving them any business. This place should be a pizza shop by the end of the year.

Worst dry-cleaner ever! Brought my suit to the VIP cleaners for dry-cleaning and they burned the pants. After talking to the owners, they denied everything saying is was not their fault. They did not give us our money back for the poor cleaning service and they were also very rude kicking us out of their store.



Owners are completely incompetent, unprofessional, and do not even speak English. Avoid this "so-called" dry-cleaner!!!! Biggest scam ever!

TERRIBLE service. Took my comforter there for a stain treatment, the stain came out but the rest of the comforter was ruined. colors bled alllll over and additional stains were present. it was in worse condition when i picked it up than when i dropped it off. went back to yell at them, and after 20 minutes of back and forth about how to resolve the problem, they claimed not to "speak english." will NEVER go back there again!
