NYS Flowers Inc

Went in to order flowers for a dance 4 days prior. It's ok to tell me, or anyone, that the shop don't have time to make it a boutonniere. Instead they were rude, rolling her eyes and condescending. I've been to NYS prior for my parents funeral arrangements and had issues as well.... They incorrectly spelled the words (i.e.Forever, Hearts) ! There I am at my parents funeral correcting mistakes that CLEARLY should have never happened. I even called NYS from the funeral home, and they were nice enough to say "oh sorry" and proceeded to state they were really busy. Personally I don't care if the president was visiting - I paid for services with an expectation and honestly it was a very sad day for my family and this business could have cared less about it. I've used Park Square Florist, which is just a few minutes more to drive, but it's been well worth it the 6 times I've been there since March. NYS had several misses, and I'm not going back.

Their phone manner is a little harsh, and the flowers I were expecting were on the small side
