It was so nice to work with a local company that could show our property and get the job done. We had listed our property with a Sacramento based company and had placed an anonymous call to view our own property. They said it would be a week before they could get to Woodland to show us the property. This was very concerning, as we hired the company to sell our property, but they did not seem too concerned to make a sale. He had an offer for us in less than 30 days and the transaction went very smoothly. It pays to work with a local agent, as they can show property the same day and get the job done. He was also very familiar with the area and seemed to care about his home town. It was also nice to have a live person answer the phone and not an automated phone system. His secretary was very nice and helpful.
