Most disrespectful treatment received from a postal worker. After making a line a was call by another employee and with little knowledge, she tried to help me and successfully she did. Then this blonde heavy set woman behind the counter was so rude to me, just b/c she had to extend her arm a bit to grab a couple of envelopes that was already certified mail going to the IRS. She had finished with the customer in front of her and she says to me w/o looking at me..."IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LAY THE ENVELOPES THERE, THEN YOU NEED TO MAKE A LINE", which I had already made a line. People that don't like dealing with the public should not work with the public. Needless to say, she ruined my whole morning. A supervisor should be stage coaching behind the counter to keep an eye on how rude some of these postal employees are towards the customers. I would give half a star for the other employee that was walking around to help people with their transactions.

The is post office has the most incompetent workers that I've ever met. They allow the carriers to generate actions regarding your mail without your knowledge, causing residents not to receive their mail. They send out maintenance personnel to change locks on mailboxes without the resident's knowledge. If you attempt to reach someone by phone, they will not get on the phone, but instead take down your contact information but never call you back. I wish there were an alternative to using them. Filing formal complaints doesn't help; guess I will have to take it to court. Why can't zero stars be an option? Eh.

The lady who walks around asking if anyone needs help is a waste of breath. You ask, she'll tell you go home and do some research... lol. Don't ask the folks at the counter a question, you get snapped at like some crack heads or a bum who got turned down for change.. This place is like Walmart. Be prepared to wait, deal with asses, and than deal more asses
