Not enough space to write all of the problems with customer service here so excuse the bullets. - Oder was for 4 jerseys. - 6 weeks late - Never once called through the whole process - No return calls (at least 20 attempts) - Name and Number wrong on jersey 2 jerseys - Attempted to fix, but took 2 weeks again with no call - Name and Number fixed, but jersey had many holes left in it. - Willing to accept one of the jerseys only because they are a small business - They refuse to fix the other one - I am stuck with two jerseys total cost $165 that are ripped - Like the jerseys themselves (especially if they weren't ripped) - Customer service is atrocious. I never take the time to write reviews, good or bad. I appreciate that others do, but this service forces me to say I am completely dissatisfied. A few phone calls and an ounce of care for the customer would have helped to avoid this situation.
