Excellent team of property managers. They've worked hard to keep the tenants I've had for over 4 years now. When those tenants were ready to move out, they found us new tenants and had them moved in within a month so we didn't even miss a payment. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

anyone renting a kumba property beware. their lease says they r in charge of lawn then they blame it on you bc they use crappy lawn service. the lease says you need to notify them of anything that goes wrong and then they say u r a complaining tenant. i pointed out mold growth in master shower, they came and painted it, and it showed back up in a few months. i dropped off my keys in the time frame they gave with a witness, epass proving i got off their exit 20 miles from my house and they said they didnt get them and charged me for a day. i would not ever rent or refer someone to them in my life.
