Of the companies I called to replace my outside compressor unit and my inside coil, Cactus came up with a proposal that gave me the best value.

They were prompt on the day of scheduled installation and soon had the new system ready to go, but ran into an unanticipated electrical problem that it was not their responsibility to repair. Nevertheless, they spent more than an hour coming up with a work around to get my system up and running, honored the quoted price and had even registered the new system with the manufacturer so I couldn't forget and void the warranty.
