BAIT AND SWITCH, AND THEY ARE SELLING SALVAGED AKA DAMAGED VEHICLES --- I went there and was quoted a very good price for what seemed to be a very nice vehicle (i am not a mechanic, so I didn't know any better). I went back the next day and they told me "Sorry, but we can't sell it for that low. The salesman that quoted you that price is new, and was unaware of the real price"

Even worse than their bait and switch was that Mo (one of the managers) tried to sell me a car that has a clean title when you look on Carfax, but it had so much structural frame damage that it could not possibly be clean. I was a bit skeptical of the great deal they were offering, and wanted to make sure the car was in good mechanical shape, so I took it for a test drive and also brought it to my mechanic. My mechanic told me that the car is a death trap! He noticed all the extremely vital parts of the structural frame that appeared to be welded together by amateurs. Don't rely on Carfax at this place! They have cleverly figured out a way to get terrible vehicles that don't have a salvaged title, so they can advertise it as 'clean', even though those vehicles clearly have far more problems than show up on Carfax. BUYERS BEWARE!

Made large deposit after credit approval, was promised car would be held, then car was sold to somebody else now i get round around for deposit back
We found a great car here, financing approval was easy enough as well, and i paid a 5500 $ deposit to hold the car for us until my husband returns home to get the car. I was promised the car would be held.
Monday we wanted to go in and get the car, luckily i called in before making the long drive there, as i was told that the car is nowhere to be found in the lot and after a several hour wait i was finally informed that the car we had put all that money down for had actually been sold to somebody else..but we should come in anyways.... i responded that we wanted that car and not another and requested a refund of my deposit. I have basically been getting the run around since then ...and i would be surprised if i see that money anytime soon without seeking legal assistance.... filed complaint with BBB and considering going to the police at this point

This place is horrible sold me a lemon and then let my temp tag and expire. Had I not called to check on my tag the day before it expired i would have never found out I had a hold which they have yet to let me know about. So to say the least i live 45 minutes away with and expired tag and all they can say is they apologize. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

The place is dirty, washroom disgusting, I got sick there from the heat the air conditioner was not working and dusty and bugs my doctors advised me not to work there anymore my health is more important than the place of work

My experience with World Auto has been a great one. I walked out of the dealership with a newer model car, low mileage, and affordable payments. I found out that this place sells a lot of cars, I can understand why they would get a lot of different reviews. My sells men was named Michael. And he made me feel comfortable and assured me he would be with me every step of the way. I deff advise anyone to deal with him, he has a wonderful personality and was very upfront with me every step of the way. I will shop again with worldauto as long as Michael's there lol. These reviews are such a laugh. Four 5 star reviews in 6 weeks then nothing from a company that has an F rating with the BBB. Stay far away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought an 08 Bmw 335i 6spd with navigation. They are a wholesaler so the prices are "as is" which I respect being they sell vehicles for a few thousand less than other dealers. Spent a lot of time in office but it's because they were working rates with me and trying to get the payment where I wanted plus they sold about 4-5 cars during my visit. So far everything has been good and the communication is clear. I would do business with them again and thank you Ali and Damian for your superb customer service!
