How do I start, I continue to receive collection letters from Dr, Shrager due to their fault not submitting to my insurance, every time I call someone tells me it is being taken care of but then a week later to find this person no longer is employed so it wasn't taken care of! This has happened several times. I never see the same face for my daughter's appointment. Except for a women named Amilia in which is the rudest, chip on her shoulder employee i refuse to allow her to work on my daughter! The Dr is the icing on the cake after she pressures you to sign papers that she states only holds the price, when infact is a binding contact she tells you later and that you owe a none refundable 3500 no matter what. Your then stuck having to do a 6400 treatment as not to lose 3500. This place is so unprofessional and shady! !

This is a great office; staff and the orthodentists are friendly and nice. I completed my treatment last year and my smile is amazing and my orthodentist Dr Alexis did a great job! Thank you!

This office is AMAZING!!!! Let me just say Dr. Alexis Shrager is AWESOME!!! She put braces on my first child 3 years ago and now she just put braces on second child last week. I would never go anywhere else, Dr. Alexis took such good care of my daughter while she was in braces and now that she has her braces off her smile is so beautiful, she is even modeling now and I have never seen her so happy. Dr. Alexis just put braces on my second daughter and I cannot wait to see how beautiful her smile is when Dr. Alexis takes off her braces. Dr. Shrager you have done wonders for my children and have gave my daughter so much confidence. And your staff truly amazing, they are wonderful I have never had one problem during the 3 years we have been coming to you. If you are looking for an amazing Orthodontist, Look no further for you have found her. I would give her 10 stars if it would let me...

Dr. Shrager is a orthodontist who gives compassionate, individualized care in a friendly and professional environment. Dr Shrager provide upscale, professional, cutting edge orthodontics in an office with a family-friendly staff. My kids love her. I highly recommend her to any one looking for orthodentist in central Florida.

My child woke up with a cold and I called the office first thing in the morning to let them know that he was ill. His appointment was scheduled for 4pm and they questioned me as to why he couldn't make the appointment. I explained that he is ill and I did not want to bring him into the office while he is sick. He was scheduled for their free consultation and they informed me if I did not bring him today they will no longer honor the free consultation because they had him scheduled for an hour appointment and he wasn't coming. I pleaded with them and let them know that I had no idea he was going to be sick and could they please allow me to reschedule. They stated that they would be happy to make him another appointment but I would be charged for the consultation. I explained that I would find another orthodontist that doesn't encourage sick children in their office.
