The Adult Training and Habilitation Center, formerly known as the McLeod County Day Activity Center, is a nonprofit organization licensed by the state of Minnesota. Founded in 1966, it is a day training and habilitation facility that provides a range of services to adults with developmental disabilities. The Adult Training and Habilitation Center offers a variety of services related to supervision, training, assistance, supported employment, and work related and community integrated activities. It also administers a nonvocational program that focuses on community involvement, social and communication skills, leisure activities and personal skill building activities. The center is funded by school districts, private individuals and corporate donations. The Adult Training and Habilitation Center maintains a location in Winsted, Minn.
