I would give them 0 stars if I could! Absolutely terrible service! Were hired by Sears to deliver a treadmill and after 2 attempts, including truck arriving to deliver the treadmill that was left at the dock, I still have not received it! Terrible customer service and overall a very awful company to deal with!

Military family, moved from Fort Knox to Fort Stewart. Horrible experience. Quoted pack on 27th pick up 28th. On 27th 3 men showed up at 1015am stood around packed 1 bathroom and went to lunch returned at 1 pm packed half garage then left at 2:30. Next day 5 different men arrived 1030am and packed and loaded truck finished 8 pm. Several items broken, destroyed and missing from inventory sheet. We have had 7 moves being in the military, this by far was the worst. Settlement and claims more or less said to bad. I have one more move before retirement and will not allow this company near my household goods.
