Winder Glass

Terrible customer service. Several unreturned calls. The guys who came out for an estimate were pretty nice but it all went downhill from there. I spent several days trying to get a call returned to me and finally set up an install date. That date came but they never made it out because they were too busy on another job. 4 days later they were supposed to come out as first job of day but after calling them at 11 they said they were going to be late again. I asked if i was their first job as promised and they guy yelled,"do you want me to do it or not"! I cancelled. Can you Imagine if i needed warranty work??!!
