I always take my dog, Blue, into Pretty Paws. The owner and her assistant are always kind and considerate. They treat Blue well and he always looks great! I am thankful for their little shop..I will be taking my dogs there always!

The owner of this shop is kind and welcoming to you, but beware...your dog meets a different woman. I witnessed her grooming technique and warn those that love their pets as part of their family. My shih tzu was slapped in the face and jerked all over the grooming table...by the owner of the shop. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I urge you to stay and watch your groom or to find another salon. My dog is wiggly, but she's a puppy. And this kind of treatment could very well scar her. Her grooming experiences are important to me, as I maintain a happy and healthy companion. This woman had no patience. I have found a new salon, and my girl is much happier.

Took my dog there to get his nails clipped today, had only been there once before! I asked the woman if I could get his nails clipped than she said it would be a few min! I waited in the lobby which is gross and very unprofessional looking and than she screams out to her assistant several times to come take my dog! She said to come back in 30 min? I was unaware that I would have to leave my dog there? I asked why I would have to do that and she snapped at me and said because she was busy and and had a very nasty tone and attitude! I said there was no reason to speak to me with such a tone and I said I would take my dog elsewhere! She than said you do that than! I was mortified by the lack of customer service and Nasty attitude! I don't know winder really well but we just moved here and this place really took me back! If I could tell everyone not to go there I would! Really not a way to bring customers in! I wonder ifbthe owner knows how much there staff suck!

We take our Great Pyrenees, Bear, in several times a year- sometimes for a major overhaul! They do a great job and he loves the ladies there. Even though he is a big job, they love him, and treat the animals so well. Highly recommended!

Pretty Pawz did an amazing job on my 4 year old English Bulldog. He was SOOO stinky and he's really scared to get his nails clipped. He smelled SO good once i picked him up and his nails were clipped, she was so nice and gentle to him and took the time to cut his nails because he was scared. The store was clean and the lady was very friendly. I recommend if you live close to winder to try out Pretty Pawz and by the way the prices are shockingly low! So low i'm taking my dog every 2 weeks to get groomed. Lucia

I took my two dogs Riley and Stoney to pretty paws several time. They looked and smelled great when I picked them up. The service was friendly and they made my nervous dog feel better by talking to him . I think the place smells pretty good for being a grooming station for dogs and I also noticed that the place was clean .

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding Pretty Pawz. To date, this complaint has not been resolved. I filed this complaint because my dog was burned while being groomed at Pretty Pawz. The groomer did not offer a refund or other avenues of resolution to me when I called to discuss this matter, nor has he offered avenues of resolution after filing a complaint with the BBB. The business is very unprofessional in their dealings with this matter, throwing out lies and insults instead of handeling the matter professionally. I would not reccomend this business to anyone.
