Kelly Riley with Therapy Care is by far the most unprofessional therapist that we have used for my son's physical therapy. My son has cp from grade 4 bilateral brain bleeds. He is a diligent crawler and has the potential to walk.



We used Kelly Riley's services for a few months. The facility in which she conducts her therapy is lacking in terms of fun and motivating equipment for my son to use during his therapy. She was not encouraging while he worked and she often just seemed to space out. She didn't have a clear plan of what she was going to do for him during the therapy. She just seemed to wing it every time. She was highly focused on testing gear and I chose to see that as a possative. In the end I felt like she would schedule and reschedule gear trials just so that she could just set and talk about what ever gear we were trialing instead of doing therapy. In the end, she didn't order gear for my son. When I would ask what the status of the stander was she would say she doesn't have intent at home for personal reasons so she had not ordered it. I asked if she could order it from the office but that was inconvenient for her because she has a little boy. I was a Mom Marine and I can't imagine trying to explain to my boss that I can't do my job properly because I can't arrange care for my kids. I would not use Kelly Riley particularly if your child is over three and will require Equipment. We have had a new therapist for a few weeks and we are happy to making progress toward getting my son the equipment he needs.
