My experience with Major Motors was nothing less than professional . I found everyone I dealt with at the dealership to be professional & fair and willing to assist. Outstanding job in meeting my needs. When I entered the dealership I was looking for a specific car which had sold the previous night before, I was ready to leave. William took the time to listen and discover what I was looking for in a car. He was able to direct me to something that meet my needs as well as my wants. I have been shopping for a car for several months now and have dealt with many salesmen over the last few months,Major Motors is top of the line and should be commended. Thank you

Originally went to a neighboring Ford dealer to look at an 04 Expedition. Five minutes upon arrival it sold. I then went to Major Motors to check out a Navigator on their lot. While there I happened upon the same Expedition. Was the car in perfect condition? No. But it was well taken care of overall. Some minor things here and there but nothing that would kill a deal. The staff was very warm and welcoming. I was able to make a deal on it that same evening and picked it up the following day. Overall a good experience.

I purchased a 2007 Infinity G35 here on August 6, 2014 there was a hesitation in the acceleration and the check engine light was on, they assured me that it would be fine after a tuneup but I did that and also replaced the catalytic converter for over $1000, in July 2015 the engine blew.. and I still owe $7000+ there's no lemon law in Delaware and I'm still paying a note to protect my credit and can't get another auto loan because of it. I put down $4000 and should have went to a new car dealer. I will never recommend this place to anyone. In fact I will never in my life buy a non certified used car again! I am looking into my options with the FTC and the State's Attorney General.

I don't know why my review was removed. But in any case, true to their word, I picked up my car after the wheels were switched from another car while also having it detailed. Whooo Hooo.

Wow! Made my weekend! Major motor cars sold me a BMW 750Li. They sold me a car and made my experience such a delight. My wife left there attached to the gang at MMC. To see my wife after 20 years of putting up with me leave elated and beyond content, made the experience pleasurable and fun. I was truly skeptical of smaller dealerships, but the customer service and pleasurable dealings left me thinking completely different. Thank Major Motor Cars.Both thankful and impressed.

MAJOR MOTORS GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL, AFTER 2 MONTHS HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH MY CAR THEY PUT IT IN THERE REPAIR SHOP. VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY HANDLED THE REPAIR.

I've been hunting for my first "new to me" car for a few months now. These guys really went above and beyond in terms of finding me the info I wanted and making sure I was happy with my decision, even offering to install a spare feature when it was a sticking point for me. Seriously, this was the first time I didn't feel pressured in a dealership - the owner (Will) seems to have an approach of "if you like it, I'll help you get it, and if not - that's cool too." If they have a car you want, I would definitely give them a call!
