I had absolutely the worst experience with this business and its owner Diana. I haven’t had contact with anybody else just her. Before you even consider hiring her please read my review. YOU WILL SIMPLY BE ROBBED. She took 180$ from me and left after 5 hours without doing any work. My house was there in the same condition as it was when I left previous day. I expressed my concerns and she said she will come back and fix everything. I waited for an hour for her the next time we scheduled for her to come out and she finally texted me that she was in a car accident. I felt bad for her (later on when I read Yelp reviews I realized it is her line). I asked her to call me when she feels better. I asked her to return 100$ out of 180$ that I paid her in cash and she said she will and I can’t get in contact with her for a week now. This is a criminalistics business and please to save your money and energy do not hire her!!!

SCAM ARTIST ALERT! Agreed to pay her $200 (cash) for 6 hours of house cleaning with the possibility of bi-weekly cleanings going forward. She only cleaned a few rooms during the 6 hours and spent a suspiciously long amount of time cleaning the master bedroom. She said she would be back the following morning to finish the job. That was 3 weeks ago. She hasn't responded to numerous phone calls and emails. Reporting her to Better Business.
