        I am using the bank to finance the purchase of a new home. The closing was scheduled to allow time for the processing, but Chase bank was not able to meet the closing date. Loan officer was not forthcomming with reasons for the delay and caused significant frustration due to the delay and lack of responsiveness as to why the process was being delayed.

        SUPER SLOW!

        SUPER SLOW! Every time I go to this particular location it takes me at least 20 mins inside or drive-up. People are very nice, but work on there own time when I am depositing for a business and need to get back to work.
