Leasing Plus

God awful. Horrible people. It's probably easier getting one of those stone faced managers to smile than to get something fixed. But if you are late on rent, you bet your bottom that they are right on top of sending you an eviction notice. You are just rent to them. That's it.

Shockerfan aka "Leasing Plus employee" your review is laughable. I am in the military and have leased houses/apts in many citites, I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is the by far the worst leasing company I have ever used and probably one of the worst in the country.. no exaggeration . Jill is extemely rude and unprofessional. Where do I start with this so called company... when we first called to set an appt to see the rental property we were greeted by Jill and it was almost like she was doing us a favor by setting up an appt to see the rental property. This is seriously one of the rudest people I have had the displeasure of ever meeting. Maintenance requests are slow to get answered, had to call 3 or 4 times before. Oh and shockerfan our A/C went out too and there was no hotel stay in it for us.. as a matter of fact, it was so hot and they were taking so long, I paid to get the A/C repaired myself!!! We no longer live at the property and everytime I drive by the property I thank my lucky stars that I no longer live there. Prospective renters and home owners looking to use Leasing Plus run away as fast as you can!!!

Leasing plus is the best apartment managing company. They are quick to respond to my calls and courteous to me when I call. When my sink was stopped up, the landlord came over that same day and fixed it right away. When the AC went out this summer, they placed me in a hotel for a night until they got it fixed. I recommend this place to anyone.
