This business don't deserve a rate the apartment is trash the neighbors be stealing and selling drugs the police always over in that neighborhood the maintenance man barley fix anything they just use tape and glue to fix the mold and your basement will flood if you have a wash ..

These apartments are rediculous!! From the beginning of me moving in here it's been nothing but problems. When I put down my first months rent and deposit (2 wks prior to my movin date and a month after I was told the place would be ready) and finally "moved in" the place still wasn't done. The carpet was never cleaned,the doors didn't (and still don't) close right, either the door is too big or to small for the frame. The fridge wouldn't open and when it finally was opened the freezer had mold in it! The bathroom toilet still had feces stuck inside of it along with rust and urine at the base of it. The shower was dirty. They just painted over the water damage at the top of the ceiling. The glass in the front and back doors was busted out. Under the sink in the kitchen they painted over the water damage there and the limited cabinet space was covered with dirt. I was told to do my move in inspection myself and I still had to call them two days after I turned in the inspection report (with all the issues noted) to have them "fix" things (they did the bare minimum to shut me up). The worst part is when I FINALLY was able to move in and the movers went to place my washer/dryer in the basement (which was supposed to be half my space and half the neighbor's) they refused to put it down there because there was mold,mildew,both human and animal feces all over the place,there was clothes and broken furniture all over (including in "my" storage unit). When I call the front office they acted as if I was the problem because I complained about everthing. I was told that had I let the neighbor know when I was moving in from the day I first did my walk through, she would have had time to clean everything up and that she (the neighbor) would have her kids clean it up in 3 days. The neighbor screams at the top of her lungs EVERY morning and yells at her kids for hours at a time, I have complained about this as well and the office manager's solution was to have me move to a different unit when one becomes available. The apartments that are vacant are not maintained (one of the units by me has busted windows and it's rained in them numerous times. There is trash all over the lawn and people park on the lawn in front of their apartment instead of the designated parking. Because I have complained the neighbor purposely talks loud (btw the walls are thin) and says to her kids, "stop being loud you know the neighbor will start trippin'". I request that they let me out my lease but the refuse to. UNLESS YOU'D BE HOMELESS DON'T MOVE IN!!!!

If your looking to live in a place filled with mold and rotating management and handymen who shouldn't be allowed to make repairs in their wn homes then this is the place for you! Quick to take your money and slow to fix anything

I lived there for 19 months. There was mold/mildew in the shower that I had to clean. They had three (3) different Managers while I was there. The concrete in the driveway is deteriorated & ended up tearing my exhaust off my car. I ended up meeting with the owner over that he was some greedy Jewish guy. It seems that they would rent to anyone, because there was a lot of what appeared to be drug & prostitution traffic. There were several things that needed maintenance attention & the Jewish owner & apt mgrs showed NO interest in doing any repairs whatsoever. When I moved out I cleaned the apartment out VERY WELL. Including the refridgerator stove/oven, walls, sinks, tub/shower, floors, doors, I even pulled the oven out & cleaned the floor & baseboards behind it. I mean, I left this apartment in FAR better shape than it was when I moved in. When I handed in the keys to the brand new landlord Cara, we did a walk through & she high fived me , told me that it was the cleanest move out she had ever seen and that I would DEFINITELY be getting my FULL deposit back. She took down my new address & said to look for it in the mail. I still have not received it & have called them SEVERAL times. I keep getting the run-around and for 5 weeks now all that she will tell me is that the owner sent it out or that his secretary forgot & that it would be sent out. Now if I call about it, the apt mgr just always says "I don't handle that" I asked for contact info to the person who does & she refuses to give up any info. I don't recommend that A N Y B O D Y ever rent from these people again. Its a scam & unfortunately (like most apts) these people don't plan on paying back the deposits. Its a shame that I am going to have to take this to court. I DO plan on taking this to small claims.

Management is is a piece of crap and nothing gets fixed. SLUM CITY!!!
