Biscayne Apartments

Wow if ever there were an apartment complex that was worse, it wasn't in this era, it looks nice at first, the people are even nice you notice a few flaws, but hey its cheap, then your settled down maybe a month goes by and you realize your apartments leaning more towards the back, no big deal, then you notice the odd buildup of fungus in the bathroom coming from between the tiles and get told "its just mildew scrub it of" next your neighbors bathroom walls are collapse its funny, then it happens to you, they tell you they'll repair it, what you don't know is that by week they meant month and by month the meant never. It was fine to stay there, but the apartments are trash, and the free cables a gimmick. It works though so power to you if you want a cheap apartment with more faults then a collapsed mine, it kept me comfortable while I stayed there, highly irritated, but if nothing less its a roof over your head.
