Do not move here!Your electricity bill will be exorbitant.It will be half of what you pay for rent or perhaps more.I have never seen such absurd electricity bills and that is without the A/C being on.My electric bill is $217 and as I said I do not even have the A/C on!I am being ripped off.That bill is for basic usage.I would have never have moved here knowing that.One would expect their electric bill to be comparable to their previous place of residence,not 5 times higher and that is for basic usage.The dryers in the laundry room do not work.Hence I go a nearby laundry mat.IActually this place does not even deserve one star.I am moving out and and breaking my lease.Who knows what the next electric bill would be as it goes up dramatically from month to month even though my basic habits have not changed.I did not buy a big energy consuming appliance.The month before my electric bill was $169 and once again that is for basic usage and without the A/C on and I was not even living here for 3 of those weeks,as I had no furniture.I was waiting for My furniture from the moving company to arrive.I stayed at an extended stay Apt.complex.
