Hunan II Chinese Restaurant

Been going here for over 30 yrs. still the best buffet in my opinion. If only ever place had such wonderful delightful to the tongue and yummy to the tummy food

I have been a loyal customer of Hunan's Chinese Restaurant since I was 15 years old and I am now 30 years old. The owners/managers know my parents and call them by their first name. I have always felt welcomed and felt like I was eating at a home away from home until today. My daughter who is 3 years old and barely weighs 27 lbs was charged the same amount as a 10 year old and when she asked for sweet tea the waitress brought her sweet tea without any ice whatsoever, if she was an adult the waitress wouldn't have done that bc common sense tells you otherwise so why make a 3 year old drink hot sweet tea? Secondly the food, oh I don't even want to reminisce or even think about that bc when I do it makes me want to get sick all over again! The waitress was very rude along with the other staff including the hostess. I'm just heartbroken and disappointed in my visit to the restaurant that I have always loved! I really hope that there actions today was only a one time occasion bc I do truly care about the owners/managers and their kind heartedness. But until I hear otherwise my family and I will not be back, unfortunately.
