        Norm's has great food at great prices. Its clean and open 24 hours. It was my favorite restaurant, but for the past few years thier customer service(waitresses) is one of the worst.Service is very important to me and waitresses that constantly get your order wrong, who are unhappy at serving customers, don't fill your bevrages,etc. is very poor customer service. So I'd rather dine elsewhere.
