Mr. Miller is not ethical and I don't recommend him at all. View his Yelp and Avvo reviews. I hired him to help me with my divorce and he was non-responsive to my needs and was very intimidated by opposing counsel. But that's the not reason why I'm posting this review......

A few years after I fired him (around 2005), he arbitrarily sued me for an extra $6,000 that I didn't owe him. He also claimed that he served me for this lawsuit but he didn't. I never knew about it. Then he sued me again for another $8,000 about 7 years later (2012) and again he never served or notified me by telephone, mail or any notices. After this 2nd case went into default, this is when I was notified. So now I owe him over $14,000 according to this judgment. Crazy, right? He obviously knows how to use the LA County Court system to try to shake people down of extra fees.
