I am neither an employee nor a friend of this business, so this is an unbiased review!! I haven't had a car accident since 1984, and needed body repair work twice this year. The first time for a dent in the rear passenger door, and this time for the whole front end! I was very pleased with the people at JAS; their service and keeping me informed was excellent. I was very very happy with the work, looks brand new and runs like it did the first day! And the work was completed way before the promised date! Four days for the first and seven days for the whole front end repair. I highly recommend this shop. I was very happy to work with them, although I would rather go another 30+ years without an accident!

These other posts must be from employees or friends. I don't know anyone who has had a good experience here. I took my care here because Geico uses them for repairs. My car was dropped off on Friday for repairs to start on Monday. It was "guaranteed" to be ready Wednesday. It wasn't finished, so it was promised to be really done on Thursday, it wasn't. they left a message saying it was totally going to be ready Friday instead. I called them back, talked to a manager who was a rude prick, and argued with me and raised his voice, and didn't offer to do anything to try and fix the situation. They have rental vehicles, they could have easily offered me a one day rental at no charge to try and make it look like they gave the tiniest of sh*ts, but nope. Terrible customer service, don't deliver what they "guarantee" and don't care that they don't

Took our car to J.A.S. Auto Body for a structural repair due to a rusted sub-frame component, not a glamorous job by any means. Their quote was very reasonable, did a great job, finished the repair in less time than they quoted and even cleaned the car's exterior beautifully, which had some paint marks from a previous parking lot incident. Thank you JAS Auto Body!! Highly recommended.
