i have been using this place for years and they have no clue how to run a business or fix anything! stay away or you regret it! my heater broke on 12/18 i explained it was my only source of heat and please call with eta. no call ever came i was left with no heat over xmass and then when i called again. he didn't even look at for week!!!!! then when i asked on the 27th when its going to fixed (9 days after i dropped off) they said i have no clue and refused to see when parts would be delivered or tell me when they were ordered.

If you need a place to go and get great customer service stop by Charlie Browns for all you snow blower, lawn mower etc needs. We won't go anywhere else and we have friends who say the same.
