Jim was very helpful after we moved in getting our computer and printer setup in our new home. He is very patient and helpful. We will have him back over if we need anything else done.

Jim is a true pro and cares about his customers. He came to our home and helped us improve the speed of our Windows 7 computer. A few weeks later came back and upgraded us to Windows 10 and our computer is very fast. He is very detailed and writes down everything he does for us. Rates extremely reasonable.

We needed help setting up a business Facebook page for our store and contacted Jim. He was very helpful and actually prepared a presentation for us. We wound up calling him again when we decided it was time to get a new printer and he suggested several, actually went to look at it for us and then hooked it up when it was delivered. Highly recommended.
