After completing his medical degree at the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine, he went on to complete both an internship and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. John's Queens Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Loiancono practices at Obstetrics & Gynecological Partners in White Plains and limits his practice to gynecology.
