We hired Premier after having a horrible experience with another company. They came out and did a roof repair on our roof and finally stopped the leaking.



We recently hired them to do my mom's house she is 93 years old and we wanted to use a company we knew we could trust. We did get other estimates for the insurance company but Premier was competative in their pricing and did not make us give them the insurance paperwork prior to providing the estimate like the others wanted. This is a trustworthy company and they did a great job on my house and my mothers.



On top of that they have been coming out and cleaning my mothers gutters for FREE for the past three years. Great company with great employees.

We called Premier to come out and give us an estimate on our roof and gutters in Arvada. After calling three companies none of which showed up at their scheduled appointment time it was nice that Premier actually did. Not only did they show up when they said they would but they also provided a written estimate to us, and completed the work on time and on schedule. Our house looks fabulous!!! Thank you Premier you did a fantastic job and I will be referring you to all of my neighbors, friends and family.

Had Premier come out and replace gutters on my home. The employees that came out lacked customer service skills, inconsiderate and incompetent. Gutters placed were sloped incorrectly holding water. Flashing was horrible having exposed eaves. Outlets for larger downspouts incorrect size. Called to notify company of this. Took them nearly 3 weeks to come out and look at this. Owner came out to make repairs/corrections and it ended up being worse, now with screws sticking out of bottom of eaves causing additional damage. Had to fire company and have another company come out and fix their work. Would never recommend this company.

After receiving 5-6 estimates on the exterior of our house (Roofing, Siding, Painting, & Gutters) we chose Premier because they were competatively priced, the showed up on time, and every person we talked to at the office and in the field knew what they were talking about. I see why they have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our house looked like a new house when they were finished. It has been about 7 months since we had the work done and we have not had any problems with the job. We have referred them to all of our friends family and neighbors.

After many phone calls and many no shows Premier Seamless Gutters was the first company to come out and help what I consider to be an emergency. After some cold weather and freezing temperatures there was ice build up at the front of my front door. This prevented me and my husband to leave the house as we are both elderly and cannot take the chance of walking on ice. Premier came to our home to adjust our gutters so that there was no leaking towards the front of our home. Which gave us great comfort to be able to walk out our front door. Although something this small to most companies was important to us to find a company that realized was a great deal to me and my husband are greatly appreciative for the service we have recieved.

My house was hit in the major storm in 2009. I had to have siding, roofing, gutters, & fascia done. After having 100 door to door and out of state salesman come to my door.. I contacted Premier Seamless Gutters as they are a local company in my area and I see their trucks all the time. They were great from start to finish. They contacted my insurance company as I was missing some code upgrade items and handled everything for me. They posted the permit on my house which many of the companies my neighbors used did not. They passed the City Inspection the first time around and worked with my insurance company to get me my final checks. They were great to work with and i would recommend them to anyone!
