Moore Family Dentistry

I am not sure why the other reviewer had such a bad experience but I am one who is petrified of a dentist and hate going to a dentist at all. Earlier this year my daughter had a problem arise with her teeth and she is young and had never been to the dentist before. The staff is entirely made of women whom are all very attentive and pationate about what they are doing. Dr. Deyo and her staff did everything they could to put my daughter's fear to rest. The dentist herself walked my daughter out to the front desk and even gave her a copy of her xrays to keep. I was so impressed that they are now our family dentist and I don't fear making the appointments for cleanings as I have always had in the past. Dr. Deyo has addressed multiple issues, cavities, infected teeth etc within the members of my family and each and every time she has done it with a smile on her face and a VERY down to earth approach! Instead of making you feel like a villian for having a cavity or problem she let's you know that it is not your fault and that it happens and she is there to help fix it. Well done staff.... keep up the small office friendly feel and you will have nothing but success!

Very unprofessional, and rude customer service at front desk. The dentist handling it had no Professionalism in handling the customer. The receptionist must have had a bad day, or week.
