Signed up for a unit over the summer for my college student daughter. When she first tried to enter after 5pm on her college move-out day her PIN would not work. No local contact number was available. She was forced to stay an extra night so she could get in the next day, when she was told at thE office that someone had forgotten to enter her PIN in the system. While she was there trying, another renter showed up whose PIN also would not work. They called the police, but they could not get a hold of anyone either. Also, when first signing up they make you accept a $14/month insurance charge for the first month, and tell you to just send them a FAX asking to drop the insurance after that. GOOD LUCK - after sending two faxes, one email, and three phone calls later, they have yet to remove the monthly charge, and even charged us a $10 late fee 10 days into the next month while we tried to get the charge removed from the next months billing. Will not be doing business with them again - totally unprofessional!!!
