Well ,I love ,Greek food and also many types of food.Been to many countries.Howvever;Now days with the spread of food borne bacteria and virus we need to insure we are in compliance with the experts.The : U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The F.D.A .Code Section:3-304-15 ,explains the use of the plastic glove.It will only touch the specific food product nothing else.Sections:3-301.11 ,Explain in more detail ,preventing contamination from the hands. Section ; ( A ) Section: 2-301-12 ,explain the proper way for cook employees to wash the hands.We has food restaurant owners franchise or not ,want to show: ( Due Care ), for our employees and the consumer.Calif Labor Code:2800. The good employee wants to work honestly and safely at all times .

Note: We have noticed the cooks touching meat products ,then wiping their hands on a appron .What happens to meat wipped on a appron left to the air ? Correct answer ,bacteria.Then to touch a customers food ,then the appron. We need to correct this issue. The cook employees need to obtain the proper training on washing hands and using plastic gloves. This is to protect and prevent the spread of bacteria. The issue : No loitering or pan handling.Calif Penal Code:647E.We as consumers would like to ask the manager to please install some :CCTV cameras in the parking lot.For the safety of customer's cars .Prevent walk ups bothering customers in the parking lot.Like the ;Male Hispanic adult loitering in the front lobby doors ,observed bothering customers for money. One more thing can the janitor or custodian not be noisy ask customers personal questions ? Plus can he please not brush the broom deliberatly over the shoes of customers ,as they are eating food while dinning.Also; Can he use wisdom and please not use the very strong lysol or strong smell water when he mops the floor as customers are trying to enjoy their food ? Wait to all customers are gone.His floor chemicals could splash in the food.

the foods is great and if you dont like miguel then use the drive through. you made it a point to point out the fact that Miguel is Mexican. You should take a look at at any other restaurant kitchen and you'll find. and you'll find a lot more Mexicans. I bet you'r not willing toh work for $10. an hour. so put upor shut up.

I have been to Bob's many times and the food is always fresh. It's made to order and there is a good variety of choices.
