they only have one person doing the repair work and when you call in a work order the manager acts like she doesn't care if it gets done or not.

I lived in Hickory Woods recently, and was very happy with the service they provided. I was moving into the area from out of town, and I found the property manager to be very helpful in terms of recommending local businesses, etc. When I first signed up to live there, the property manager gave 2 or 3 units to choose from. As with nearly all apartments, there were a few times when maintenance issues came up. When they did, I called the office, and the issues were handled quickly by a courteous maintenance staff. I would recommend Hickory Woods to anyone, as I think they are fairly clean, and a good value for the price.
