Platinum Tow & Transport

I was stranded North of Malibu at 10 pm the side of the free way. All I needed was a jump. I called every single towing company within 10 - 15 mile vicinity and not only were some of them rude but they all said they wouldn't come to get me because it was outside there territory.

I got a hold of Platinum Tow and they sent a tow truck which took about 30-40 mins. When the driver got here he was extremely nice, sincere and was not at all rude. He was very helpful and kind and his name was Oscar. OSCAR has outstanding customer service.

This company was excellent because they will go where the other company's won't and they give you an accurate time quote. I highly recommend this company as long as Oscar is coming to help you.

they were fast and professional. Also had some of the cleanest and best looking trucks I've ever seen! Great job on getting my car up and running again fast!
