My initial impression was good since I recieved a prompt call back answering my initila questions. This led me to beleive the firm would be efficient. I was mistaken. We have been waiting over six weeks for outstanding documents from closing. The customer service is given with a HUGE attitude. I have recieved several very sarcastic, condescending emails which are completely inappropriate. The fees are higher than similar in the area which would be ok if the customer service was not lacking. When I pay for a service I expect it to be done, efficiently, correctly and if there is any hold up I expect an apology never an attitude.
