Luis is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Special orders typically arrive before the estimated date. I have been doing business with this company for years and intend on doing business with them for years to come because they always deliver great products and service.

I ordered 4 bags of thinset from the WPB location & it took 2.5 weeks to not get it. Week 1, "we ordered it, but the mfgr didn't send it." Week 2, "It came in, but didn't get put on the truck in Naples. Week 2.5 "Oh, we got ur white, but the gray is full pallet orders only, sorry we didn't tell you."
When I came to get it, it was the rudest counter help I've ever rec'd. As that transpired, they came and dropped the 2 bags at the bay door & left. They didn't meet me there or offer to help load it. Abysmal experience overall. Very sad...
