Paul Winner, DO, FAAN, FAHS is the Senior Director of Premiere Research Institute and Attending Neurologist at Palm Beach Neurology in West Palm Beach. He is the Founder and Director of the Palm Beach Headache Center. Dr. Paul Winner is a Clinical Professor of Neurology at Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Pediatric Care
Dr. Martinez graduated from San Marcos University (San Fernando School of Medicine 8th in class of 150) in Lima, Peru. He completed his training in Neurology, Pediatric Neurology and Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. After completing his training, he was appointed to the faculty of Albert Einstein as Assistant Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics.

Emergency Care
Dr. Stone received his Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Brooklyn College. He received his medical degree with academic honors from Universidad Central Del Este, Dominican Republic. He completed his neurology residency at State University New York, Downstate Medical Center. He was Chief Resident in his last year of training. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Stone was appointed as Assistant Professor in neurology at Kings County Hospital and Downstate Medical Center. He participated as an attending neurologist in several clinics and was appointed to Director of Neurological Services for Kings County Hospital emergency room.

Internal Medicine
Jose A Zuniga, MD, graduated medical school from the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia. His Internal Medicine training was completed at Wayne State University, his Neurology training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and his Neurophysiology Fellowship training at the Montreal Neurological Institute. After completing his training, he was appointed to the staff of the Henry Ford Hospital Department of Neurology.

Multiple Sclerosis
Many of our neuroscience team are also actively involved in research. Within Premiere Research Institute, patients are provided an opportunity to enroll in cutting-edge clinical trials in Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Migraine Headache, and Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Many patients who elect to join these trials can receive ongoing supervision and neurological care. Premiere Research Institute also has a special pediatric subdivision focusing on migraine headaches in children and adolescent populations.
Epilepsy
Dr. Tara Becker specializes in the diagnosis and management of adults with epilepsy and other neurological disorders. She is proficient in the interpretation of EEGs: including routine EEGs and ambulatory continuous video EEG monitoring.

Psychiatry
After completion of a general medical internship in New York, Dr. Butera began training in neurology at Downstate Medical Center/Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, and then at Albert Einstein/Montefiore Hospitals in the Bronx. Certification in Neurology granted in 1982 by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
