        was just in there (12:55 PM 09 Dec 15) (check the cameras) not busy, tried to get some help, finally found a clerk, she found 4 reasons why she couldn't help me. No problem. I can find other places to go holiday shopping. Walked in fully-engaged (ready to buy), walked out fully-disengaged. Macy's card holder. Last time this happened at a different macy's didn't buy at macy's store almost 5 years. Maybe I'll come back in 5 years, maybe I won't.
